2009 rolled right in and without notice I find myself a mom, stay at home wife and international traveler. All very exciting but exhausting...

My kid is the cherry on the top of my birthday sundae, the full moon on a scary lonesome night...well I could go on but won't. Yes, I miss a couple of hours of sleep and now have to time bathroom breaks but he smiles at me and has that look on his face that tells me I could do no wrong.

Hopping on the "I'm and adult" train wasn't easy and the ride sure is bumpy but now I have to start thinking about what do I want to do now that I'm "grown up"? This photography thing sure is fun, and I receive many compliments, but can I make a life out of it, or will I just become another discontent hausfrau?

So, I'm 9 months pregnant and officially have 4 days left. I'm so ready to have this kid. I'm eager to get mobile again without feeling creaky.

My work will probably reflect my new life, and I'm looking forward to it. The little bugger has brought me great joy with every wiggle and turn while incubated inside me, but I would really love to put a face to the personality.

I keep cheering him on, but then again why would he want to come out. It's warm, he gets all the free food he wants and there are no worries... who among us would not want to live this way?
